The Parkside Group Practice supports the government's NHS Zero Tolerance zone campaign towards violence and abuse. Violence and abuse is a growing concern. GPs and the staff have the right to care for others and to attend the surgery without fear of being attacked or verbally abused.
Violent patients will be reported to the Police and struck off the practice list.
