Carers
Are you a carer? A Carer is someone who looks after family, partners or friends in need of help because they are ill, frail or have a disability. The care they provide is unpaid.
If you are a Carer we would like to know and you should tell the receptionist or doctor, or alternatively, there is a card available in reception for you to complete. More information is available at Carers UK (carersuk.org), Freephone 0808 808 7777 or Croydon Carers Centre (croydoncarers.org.uk), tel: 020 8688 7219.
This information is intended to help us give you support as a Carer but does not directly access additional services.
